DELIVERY CHARGES REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND- Fees have increased with rising fuel costs

  • We offer FREE Delivery on purchases over €649.
  • We charge a flat rate of €10 postage on smaller items.
  • Larger items will be charged as follows:
    • Local Pallets €55 (Cavan, Meath, Louth, Monaghan)
    • Rest of Ireland €65

Once an order is placed you can expect nationwide delivery within 7-14 working days and order processing time is 2-3 days. 

We use a Breffni Couriers service to deliver all of our orders. If you have any queries about the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@homeluxuries.ie or by calling us on 046 924 7325. Our courier will phone you to book in your delivery on day and time that suits you.

CLICK & COLLECT IN-STORE

We are happy to offer a click and collect service from our store in Kells, Co. Meath. Please choose the ‘Collect in Store’ option when checking out if you would like to avail of this service.

We ask you to please await a confirmation email or phone call from our store that your order is Ready for Collection before coming to collect. Bring your Ready for Collection confirmation email containing your unique order number. This can be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Delivery of Goods

The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods. 

We expect to be notified within 48 hours of your delivery if any of the items are damaged, please open each box and seal it again if its not being used a for a while to comply with our delivery/damaged goods policy.

  • If your pallet or parcel is visibly damaged, show courier and take photos.
  • If the courier will not wait for the goods to be checked DO NOT sign for your delivery.
  • It is advisable that 2 persons un-wrap the pallet.

Please Use Caution when un-wrapping the pallet(s) as items may have become unsteady during transit.

You or whomever you have instructed to receive your delivery must open and check your order for damages prior to signing any paperwork from the courier – in the unlikely event that an item(s) has been damaged note this on the courier’s POD (Proof of Delivery) – ‘DAMAGED’ along with product description. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to comply.

Claims for damages will not be accepted if this has not been completed.

You or whoever you have instructed to receive your delivery is required to sign Proof of Delivery and detail any damages at this point – the words ‘unexamine’’ or ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted as a conditional signature. Any signature on delivery paperwork is accepting that the goods arrived without obvious external damage to the packaging and later claims for damage will not be considered.

Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged. If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it you will be charged for the return and the redelivery of those items. For large pallet deliveries please be aware that the costs will be considerably higher than the fee you are charged for delivery.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Info@homeluxuries.ie or Call Us at 046 924 7325
